Using parametricism, I have created tents that can be tweaked for a specific user's needs. Dimenions, materials, and other parameters can be altered as needed to create nearly any form on tent for any intended purpose. The files can then be flattened into laser cutting templates for physical creation. This is my current personal project and I am excited to see what possibilities this idea can be pushed to. It started out as an idea to create more personalized backpacking tents, but could have ramifications on numerous applications, such as emergency shelters and temporary housing. More coming soon.
